Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves
Kingsgate’s Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves are estimated as at 30 June 2026 and reported in accordance with the 2012 Edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code 2012). Figures for June 2025 are shown for comparison.
As at 30 June 2026, Mineral Resources (inclusive of Ore Reserves) were estimated to contain 3.5 million ounces of gold and 85.9 million ounces of silver. Ore Reserves were estimated to contain 1.4 million ounces of gold and 61.4 million ounces of silver.

Basis of reporting
- Metric units are used throughout, and all data is presented on a 100% asset basis.
- Tonnes are dry tonnes unless otherwise noted. Mineral Resource tonnes and grades are reported in situ, within a reasonable prospects for eventual economic extraction (RPEEE) shell.
- Ore Reserve tonnes and grades take into account all relevant modifying factors, including mining losses and dilution, operating and capital costs, process recoveries and current mining approvals. These are based on recent mine operating performance, where relevant, and budget estimates.
- Commodity prices and exchange rates used for Ore Reserves are based on long-term forecasts applied at the time each estimate was made.
- All tenements are in good standing and will be eligible for standard renewal on expiry.
- Figures are rounded to reflect the relative uncertainty in the estimates, so totals may not add exactly.

Endnotes to the Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves tables
- Chatree metallurgical recoveries are 86.4% Au and 57.9% Ag based on metallurgical testwork and plant performance.
- Chatree Mineral Resources are reported above a cut-off grade of 0.3g/t Au within a RPEEE shell with assumed prices US$2800/oz Au and US$36/oz Ag.
- Nueva Esperanza metallurgical recoveries vary from 82% to 90% for gold and 71% to 88% for silver depending upon the deposit and the mineralogy.
- Nueva Esperanza Mineral Resources are reported above cut-off criteria as follows: Arqueros NSR$21.50 US/t; Chimberos NSR$21.56 US/t and Teterita 30g/t Ag within a RPEEE shell with assumed prices US$3000/oz Au and US$38.50/oz Ag.
- Ore delivered to processing facility.
- Chatree Ore Reserves are reported above a break-even cut-off grade of NSR$16.16 using a gold price of US$1950/oz and a silver price of US$26/oz.
- There is no Ore Reserve estimate for South-East Complex.
- Nueva Esperanza Ore Reserves are reported above a break-even cut-off grade of Arqueros NSR$21.50 US/t, Chimberos NSR$21.56 US/t and Teterita NSR$25.18 US/t using a gold price of US$2500/oz and a silver price of US$35/oz.
- Silver grades for the Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource categories reported in the Nueva Esperanza Resources and Reserves Update September 2026 and released on 10 September 2026, have been corrected. Total contained metal is unchanged.
- Kingsgate confirms that it is not aware of any new information or data that materially affects the information included in the announcements referred to above and, in the case of estimates of Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves, that all material assumptions and technical parameters underpinning the estimates in those announcements continue to apply and have not materially changed. Kingsgate confirms that the form and context in which the Competent Persons’ findings are presented have not been materially modified from the original announcements.
