In December 2007, Cobar entered into a joint venture agreement with CBH Resources Limited over the Wonawinta tenement, EL6155. The terms of the agreement allowed CCR to earn a 70% interest in the tenement by spending $700,000 in aggregate over 4 years. The Company achieved that milestone during February 2009.
