Dominion shares were subsequently suspended from 8 February 2011 and traded in New Kingsgate Shares on a deferred settlement basis. The Scheme of Arrangement was implemented on 21 February 2011.

(iii) Interim dividend

An interim dividend of 10 cents per share was declared on 22 February 2011 with respect of the halfyear ended 31 December 2010. The record date is 9 March 2011 and the dividend will be paid on the 16 March 2011.
